Although physical attraction is important, relational connectivity is also equally important, if not more important than exterior preferences. I don’t think it’s impossible for me to fall for a guy that isn’t white, it would just be very hard because ‘blonde, and blue’ pulls me like a moth to flame. That being said, I would not settle for just any guy that fits the bill. I’m not fishing for just a model-number-five-carbon-copy of the average American boy. What I’m saying is.. WHAT’S INSIDE IS more important than what is outside, particuarly what’s between the ears. That’s what attracts me the most: a robust wit and humor.

So, in the end I could see myself going out with any guy irrespective of race, so long as they are generally respectful, kind, humble, and intellectually capable. But, my kryptonite still remains white guys! The only way to bypass my preference for white guys is to stop me in my tracks with your beautiful mind There’s something really irresistable about a shy, ‘dorky,’ intelligent guy=)

P.S, I took offense at the a fellow critic labeling asians as being flat up top, with no butts.. I’m a 34D, 26 waist and 36 hip! We’re not all twigs!

No. My back hasn’t been stabbed - not by an asian person, or anybody else. My boyfriend doesn’t even live here. He’s overseas!

Sorry, but I don’t take back anything I’ve previously said. And it’s not just me. Most everybody I know has been hurt in some way by asian women latching on to their boyfriends - or in some cases, to their husbands (even fathers with children). Is this just a coincidence that these women all happened to be asian?

These are facts, not just something I’m making up. Shame on the men too for falling for this ploy.

And yes, sure there are good and bad in all races (goes without saying). Just somehow, one just doesn’t seem to hear about non-asian women latching onto asian womens’ boyfriends or husbands. Of if they do, then they’re at a minimum.

Supposing the reverse were to happen, and hoards of non-asian women (and men), were to immigrate to asian countries, fill their universities, and latch on to the men and women. I wonder how the native asian populations in those countries would react to that? Food for thought.

Perhaps you don’t notice, but your comments are really racist and full of disgust towards Asian women especially the Chinese “dime-a-dozen” and who “latch on other women’s’ boyfriends and husbands”.

When some guys praised about Asian women, you immediately stated that Asian women are really no different from other women. But you on the other hand hold so much grudge against Asian women and keep saying how much we go out with old men for money and we control our men blah blah. Anyone who has a brain would think that you probably had been stabbed by an Asian or your boyfriend/husband was latched on by one. Listen up, Asian women are really just like any other women. We come in different shapes or sizes, nice or mean, educated or illiterate. There are probably just about as many “dime-a-dozen” in Asian as in other cultures. Evolutionary speaking, women are attracted to power and financial success, perhaps including you, Miss Venganza. Women can be independent and it is natural to have standards choosing mates. Nobody wants to date someone who cannot even afford dinner or simply who is cheap. It is obvious that you fancy Japanese and Indian and my guess is that because one is your roommate and another one is your sister-in-law, which means they are who you personally are close to. Chinese is such a big population by which its people, of course, come with different personalities. The way you generalize Chinese women is like some jerk comes out and makes a statement like, “all women are whores”, which is completely nonsense and stupid. Mind you, if you ever have a Chinese roommate and you finally get to learn the culture and love it, you might then have an utterly different attitude about Chinese people and will you then come back to this thread to praise her? Had your tone of voice not been so spiteful, there wouldn’t be these many of us having to come out and comment to you.

A lot of Asian women are NOT attracted to White males and will never consider dating one, with some exceptions like Brad Pitt, David Beckham who are like 1 in a million.

Asian women perhaps are open to date older men, not just older White men.

For the past, most people like to have a lighter skin but this is changing. Like Clarity states above, lots of people are getting tanned. In the old days, lighter skin signified wealth because only the people who didn’t have to work would have light skin. Like you said, money talks, it symbolizes power. Now the trend is the opposite.: tanned skin means you don’t have to work, like Paris Hilton who has so much free time to get a tan. Lighter skin, on the other hand, means you have to stay at the office and don’t get to see the sun. The world is always changing but liking lighter skin doesn’t necessarily mean liking to be White. Lighter African American is also more desirable than its deep dark counterpart. Though it doesn’t mean the lighter ones are trying to be White–NO WAY.

If you know anything about Chinese culture, it is a collectivist culture which family value is strongly emphasized. We seek for harmony, help out each other and those in need, and are very close to our family. Morality is what we praise and are proud of. Read up more, and you’ll be amazed.

I do see mostly Caucasian women come out to give nasty comments on Asian women, but how often doyou see the otherwise??? Show some class, women! How well do you know about Asian if you are not one and you have attitudes toward one? And you had to agree with FunnyAsians when his post puts Asian down and he calls us whores. How and where did you come up with that conclusion and to that agreement???

Overall, it’s what you have inside that count, not something as shallow as race, age, or Chinese dime-a-dozen. Yes I am very offended. If you open your mind, you will see much more.
